YOUR ROLE:

• Develop closing agendas and draft all documents related to transactions, mergers/acquisitions, reorganizations, and business sales;

• Prepare documents necessary for incorporation, registration, organization, and liquidation of companies and file corporate documents;

• Perform annual updates and maintain minute books;

• Monitor the transaction process, organize closing documents, and perform post-transaction tasks.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• DCS in paralegal technology or other combination of relevant training/experience;

• Experience in a similar role in corporate law;

• Bilingualism, French and English (read, spoken, and written);

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

• Analytical skills and professional judgment;

• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and initiative;

• Good communication skills;

• Ability to take charge of and manage projects and initiatives;

• Proactivity, versatility, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
