Our business partner, a law and notary firm renowned for its expertise in the commercial real estate sector, is currently seekinga lawyer with intermediate-level experience in real estate law (minimum 4 years) to join its team of seasoned professionals.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work on a wide variety of files and transactions of varying degrees of complexity. In particular, you will carry out mandates related to the drafting, editing and negotiation of various commercial agreements in the real estate field (financing offers, loan agreements, mortgages, servitudes, co-ownership declarations, etc.). You will be involved in and lead transactions, either independently or in collaboration with other team members, including negotiating partnerships, selling real estate and arranging real estate and commercial financing.
