Our client, a prominent law firm with an excellent reputation, is seeking a lawyer specializing in labour law and occupational health and safety (OHS) to join its Quebec City office.

As part of their duties, this lawyer will frequently be called upon to represent clients before the Administrative Labour Tribunal (primarily in the OHS division). The successful candidate will also occasionally handle grievance arbitration cases. Additionally, the role includes client advisory services, support, and negotiation across a wide range of labour law matters.

Given the nature of the responsibilities, a litigator profile is naturally suited for this position. The selected candidate will have at least 4 years of experience practicing labour law, including relevant experience in OHS.
