Our business partner is an international law firm located downtown Montreal. They are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation acquired in a national or international practice.

On a daily basis, you will be required to work on a variety of civil and commercial litigation cases. Stimulating and challenging mandates await you!

YOUR ROLE:

• Work on a variety of mandates related to litigation;

• Draft legal opinions and requests for courts;

• Develop various complex strategies to successfully carry out mandates;

• Be in charge of legal research on various litigation topics;

• Maintain excellent client service between stakeholders both internal and external to the firm.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Membership in goodstanding of the Quebec Bar;

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of litigation experience acquired in a national or international firm;

• Thoroughness, good priority management skills and a dynamic personality;

• Team spirit, bilingualism and communications skills.
