What you will have the opportunity to do:

• Lead major M&A transactions from A to Z, among other mandate;

• Oversee due diligence processes;

• Draft and review business agreements related to the purchase and sale of companies, shareholders’ agreements, and commercial contracts;

• Supervise the drafting of share capital structures;

• Contribute to the drafting of documents related to financing implementation;

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients.
