We are looking for friendly and reliableFront of House Staff to join the team at a hotel in Skipton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to guests

• Taking food and drink orders accurately

• Serving food and beverages efficiently

• Setting up and clearing tables

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Assisting with functions and events when required

• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth service

• Handling guest queries in a professional and friendly manner

What we’re looking for:
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individuals with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
