We are looking for an experiencedChef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy hotel in Hull. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hardworking chef looking for ongoing work in a professional hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard

• Managing your own section during busy services

• Preparing ingredients and ensuring your section is fully stocked

• Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team

• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety

• Assisting with stock rotation and deliveries

• Supporting other sections when required

• Ensuring dishes are prepared consistently and efficiently

What we’re looking for:
Previous Chef de Partie experience is preferred, along with a strong work ethic, passion for food and the ability to work well under pressure.

Ongoing work available, with the opportunity to gain further experience working in a busy hotel kitchen.
