Your Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.

• Supervise and motivate chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.

• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and reducing waste to maximize kitchen efficiency.

• Help train and develop junior members of the kitchen team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for Sous Chefs who are:

• Experienced in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens.

• Strong leaders with excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional food and service.

• Calm under pressure, reliable, and committed to maintaining high culinary standards.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.

• Right to live and work in the UK.

• Good written and spoken English.
