Hospitality Supervisor

Greater Manchester

£15.00 per hour

We are looking for experienced Hospitality Supervisors to support operations across a range of venues including football stadiums, sporting venues, conference centres and event spaces throughout Greater Manchester.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising front of house and hospitality teams
• Leading service during busy events and match days
• Supporting managers with the day-to-day operation
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained
• Assisting with staff briefings, training and team motivation
• Managing guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous supervisory experience within hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• A proactive and hands-on approach
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across some of Greater Manchester's leading sporting, hospitality and event venues.
