We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to support hospitality operations across a range of venues including football stadiums, sporting venues, conference centres and event spaces throughout Greater Manchester.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading restaurant and hospitality teams
• Managing high-volume food and beverage operations
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Maintaining high service standards
• Supporting major sporting events, conferences and functions
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Restaurant Management experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience working in fast-paced hospitality environments
• A hands-on approach with excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days
