We are currently recruiting an experiencedRelief Chef de Partie for ahigh-volume gastro pub inLlandudno, North Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled CDP looking for ongoing relief work in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.

The Role:

• Position: Relief Chef de Partie

• Start Date: April 2026

• Venue: Busy, high-volume gastro pub

• Shifts:Straight shifts

• Pay: PAYE or invoice options available

• Duration: Ongoing work available for the right candidate

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in abusy pub or gastro environment

• Ability to handle high volume while maintaining quality and consistency

• Strong work ethic and ability to hit the ground running

• Must bereliable, punctual, and adaptable

Important:

• No live-in accommodation provided

• You must becommutable to Llandudno

• Ideally based in North Wales or have a local base
