About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and inspirationalExecutive Head Chef to lead the culinary operations at our prestigious Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort in Cheshire. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership, and expertise at a flagship property renowned for luxury, excellence, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across restaurants, banqueting, spa dining, and private events.

Create innovative, seasonal menus showcasing local and sustainable produce.

Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation to the highest standards.

Manage and inspire a large culinary team – mentoring, training, and developing talent.

Ensure smooth coordination with front-of-house and wider resort teams.

Control budgets, GP, and stock levels, maintaining strong financial performance.

Uphold all health, safety, and food hygiene standards in line with legislation.

Play a central role in shaping the resort’s reputation for dining excellence.

About You

Proven background as anExecutive Head Chef (or strong Head Chef ready for the next step) within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end dining environment.

Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple outlets and a large brigade.

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through food.

Financially astute, with a track record of managing budgets, GP, and labour costs.

Creative flair with a love for using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
