We are looking for ahands-on Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and support all departments in a busy hotel. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee all hotel departments, including reception, housekeeping, and food and beverage
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain high service standards
• Lead and motivate the team to maintain efficiency and quality
• Handle guest queries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience
• Assist with staff training, rotas, and operational procedures

What You Need:

• Previous experience in a hotel management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
