• Position: Relief Front of House Staff
• Location: North Lakes (must be commutable)
• Start Date: Week commencing 17th June
• Duration: Ongoing work throughout the summer

• Skilled in customer service and front of house operations

• High standards of food hygiene and safety

• Able to take direction from senior management
• Own uniform required: Suit, smart shoes, tie
• Effective collaboration with both kitchen and front of house staff

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day front of house operations
• Adhere to all Health & Safety and high food safety standards
• Comfortable with rotating stock
• Prepare the station for service
• Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager with basic training as needed
