Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add anElectrician located in Dallas, Texas.Â
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Electrician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and diagnosing electrical and general maintenance issues in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
 Â
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What a typical day looks like:Â
Perform proper inspections of electrical systems to prevent future electrical service issues
Install and replace electrical panels, circuit breakers, control systems and branch circuit wiring
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionÂ
Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repairÂ
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs Â
Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.Â
Performs routine preventive maintenance on equipment and building systemsÂ
Maintain a clean and safe work areaÂ
Perform other related duties as assignedÂ
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:Â
High School Diploma or equivalent; Completion of a trade school program preferred.Â
Master, Journeyman or Wireman License/ Certification preferred
5+ years of experience in preventative maintenance or related fieldÂ
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferredÂ
Ability to use hand tools and power toolsÂ
Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical skills, and logical problem-solving skillsÂ
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift from task to task as neededÂ
Deadline and detail-orientedÂ
Excellent organizational and time management skills
