AsaSeniorControlsEngineerbasedinRochester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations. You will be a key technical leader, partnering with production, engineering, maintenance, and EHS teams to design, optimize, and support process control systems that enable operational excellence. EssentialJobFunctions:

• Leadthedesign,implementation,troubleshooting,andoptimizationofprocesscontrolandautomationsystemsacrosstheRochestersite.

• ProvidetechnicalexpertiseforPLC,HMI,DCS,SCADA,instrumentation,andindustrialnetworksystems.

• Partnerwithcross-functionalteamstoimproveprocessreliability,safety,quality,andproductionefficiency.

• Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiativesthroughdataanalysis,rootcauseinvestigations,andautomationenhancements.

• Supportcapitalprojectsfromconceptthroughcommissioning,ensuringsuccessfulexecutionandoperationalreadiness.

• Developandmaintaincontrolsystemstandards,documentation,validationrecords,andoperatingprocedures.

• Mentorjuniorengineersandtechnicalpersonnelwhilefosteringacollaborativeandhigh-performanceteamenvironment.

• Ensurecompliancewithcompanystandards,regulatoryrequirements,andcybersecuritybestpracticesforindustrialcontrolsystems.

Qualifications&Experience:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinElectricalEngineering,ControlsEngineering,AutomationEngineering,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline.

• Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinindustrialautomation,processcontrols,ormanufacturingengineering.

• Stronghands-onexperiencewithPLCprogramming,HMI/SCADAplatforms,instrumentation,andcontrolsystemtroubleshooting.

• Demonstratedexperienceleadingautomationprojectsandimplementingprocessimprovementsinamanufacturingenvironment.

• Excellentproblem-solving,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills.

• Abilitytocollaborateeffectivelyacrossfunctionsandinfluencedecisionsthroughtechnicalexpertise.

• Experience working in chemical, pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals,orprocessmanufacturingenvironmentsispreferred.

Compensation&Benefits:

Theexpectedsalaryrangeforthisroleis$120,000to$140,000annually, but specific employee compensationmayvarydependingonfactorsincludingexperience,education,training,licensure,certification,location,andotherjob-related,non-discriminatoryfactorspermittedbylaw.
