A brief job description of the role is given below:

·      Develop Training Programs: Create and design training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and meet the specific needs of teams in the APAC and other regions in alignment of the hubs.

·      Create Need-Based Content: Develop engaging and need-based content that effectively addresses skill gaps and enhances employee performance.

·      Conduct Refresher Courses: Deliver refresher courses to enhance the knowledge and skills of existing employees, ensuring their continued professional growth.

·      Onboard New Hires: Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and providing the necessary foundation for success.

·      Partner with Delivery Teams: Collaborate with delivery teams to identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address them through targeted training initiatives.

·      Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Analyze training needs by conducting root cause analysis, identifying underlying issues, and recommending appropriate training interventions.

·      Lead Discussions and Reviews: Lead and actively participate in training discussions, wherein feedback and insights are shared to continually improve training programs and content.

·      Calibration Sessions: Lead calibration sessions with teams to ensure consistent performance standards across the organization and alignment with training objectives.

·      Monitor Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, participant feedback, and performance improvements.

·      Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies in order to deliver innovative and impactful training solutions.

Experience and Education

·      Professional with 1.5+ years of work experience in JLL

·      Experience in Valuations Advisory / capital markets is a must.

·      Strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at different levels.

·      Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, accountability, and respect while consistently adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

·      Effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet timelines.

·      Good hands-on experience with MS product suite – word | Excel | PPT | AI and Automation etc. is an added advantage.

·      Knowledge of e-learning content creation would be an added advantage.

·      Previous experience in Training/Teaching  would be an added advantage.

·      Self-motivated, positive attitude and a team player

·      Important is an appetite to learn, a curious nature, and the ability to think laterally and with a logical mindset.
