In France, ourParis Business Unit continues to grow, and we are strengthening our Finance organisation to support this development while maintaining a high level of financial discipline, governance and operational performance.

The Financial Controller will play a key role in this organisation, partnering closely with our Paris Business Unit leadership while working within Synechron's wider international Finance organisation.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Financial Planning & Analysis 

• Lead theannual budgeting process and periodicre-forecasting cycles 

• Developrobust financial forecasts (short, mid, and long term) aligned with business objectives 

• Monitor and analyze financial performance against plans, identifyingrisks and opportunities 

• Provideactionable insights to senior management to support decision-making 

2. Financial Performance & KPI Monitoring 

• Define, track, and report onkey financial and operational KPIs, including:  

• Revenue and growth 

• Margins and profitability 

• Utilization / billability (ESN context) 

• Cost structure and productivity 

• Ensure accuracy and consistency ofmanagement reporting 

• Drive continuous improvement infinancial performance monitoring processes 

3. Accounting & Compliance 

• Overseeaccounting operations in compliance with French GAAP and group standards 

• Ensure timely and accuratemonthly, quarterly, and annual closings 

• Manage statutory accounts, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements 

• Act as theprimary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes 

4. Business Partnership 

• Act as a strategic partner tobusiness leaders (Sales, Delivery, PMO) 

• Supportdeal reviews, pricing validation, and financial structuring of client engagements 

• Provide financial guidance onlarge consulting projects and investments 

• Ensure alignment betweenfinancial objectives and operational execution 

5. Team Leadership (Finance & PMO) 

• Manage and developFinance and PMO teams, ensuring high performance and engagement 

• Define team objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support capability development 

• Promote best practices infinancial governance, project tracking, and reporting 

6. Governance & Multinational Environment 

• Ensure alignment withgroup financial policies and reporting standards 

• Collaborate withinternational finance teams across regions 

• Contribute toglobal financial initiatives and process harmonization 

Profile & Qualifications

Experience 

• Minimum10 years of experience in financial management within aFrench company

• Strong experience in aTechnology Consulting company (ESN) 

• Proven track record in: 

• Budgeting and forecasting processes 

• Financial and KPI performance monitoring 

• Accounting and financial reporting 

• Experience working inmultinational organizations 

• Demonstrated experience managingexternal audits 

Skills & Competencies 

• Strongfinancial acumen and analytical capabilities 

• In-depth knowledge ofFrench accounting standards and financial regulations 

• Ability to manage complexity in aproject-based (ESN) environment 

• Strongbusiness partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders 

• High level ofrigor, reliability, and attention to detail 

Leadership 

• Proven experience managingFinance and PMO teams 

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities 

• Ability to operate in afast-paced, international environment 

Languages 

• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
