After two successful editions, we are excited to launch thethird edition of our Return to Work Fellowship —designed to empower talented women ready torestart and redefine their careers. If you’re amid to senior-levelprofessional looking to transition back into the workforce, this program offers astructured pathwayto rebuild momentum, confidence, and impact. As part of this experience, you will work on strategic projects / assignmentsacross the bank and gain valuable exposure. Program Duration:The program will run for 24 weeks

Eligibility Criteria:This program is designed for women who have been on a career break of six months or more.

Program Locations:For the 2026 edition, the program will be offered in Mumbai, Delhi/Gurgaon and Bangalore
