(Sr.) Product Engineer

• Be the product technical owner
• Responsible for product manufacturing cost reduction, e.g. yield improvement, cost of non quality (CoNQ) reduction.
• Responsible for product quality improvement, e.g. adopt zero defect (ZD) best practice, complaint root cause finding.
• Responsible for continuously product manufacturability improvement, e.g. hold cost reduction, test efficiency optimization.
• Work with Business Line for business creation and to deliver a high quality manufacturable product and test solution for meeting or exceeding the required time to market and product cost, as well as business fulfillment
• Work with test engineering to release test program.
• Support fab/assembly/test house process transfer and volume ramp-up
