Your role
- Supporting design teams in some of Ireland’s largest Infrastructure projects.
- Collaborating and engaging with project stakeholders, other engineering disciplines and AtkinsRéalis colleagues.
- Applying on the job and external training to further develop your career.
- Developing technical reports, drawings, calculations and presentations.
- Applying sustainable practices within your design responsibility to actively reduce your projects and the industry’s carbon impact.
- Understanding and applying industry and company design standards and guidance.
- Actively considering health and safety as a core principle within your role, both on-site and in design.
- Engaging and promoting digital and innovative practices to innovate the industry.
- Contributing to continuous quality improvements within your team and business.
About you
- Minimum Level 8 degree in Civil Engineering.
- A passion for working in a consultancy environment.
- Championing a culture where everyone belongs.
- A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions.
- Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.
- Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable).
- Comfortably embrace agile ways of working and learning new technologies.
- Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent). Being together in person helps us build stronger relationships, collaborate more effectively, and accelerate your learning and development.
