Technology Performance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM,CPM and other enterprise platforms 

• Previous professional consulting firm experience, advising on digital adoption automation and efficiencies 

• Previous experience with implementing technologies and migrating clients to SaaS/cloud environments. 

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts across all domains 

• Basic understanding of IT application lifecycle, general ITcontrols and methods 

• Experience in developing Target Operating Models for clients 

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills 

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North America 

• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations 

• Ability toanticipate and address client concerns and issues 

• Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at all levels 

• Ability to break complex issues into project steps and problem solve 

• Experience with various software solutions including Microsoft Project, Visio,PowerPoint and Word 

• Strong data manipulation skillsutilizing Excel 

• Database knowledge (Microsoft SQL, and/or Access) 

• Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements 

Required Qualifications:

•  8-10 years’ experience in process intelligence, digitaltransformation and/or software management, preferably working in a platform agnostic environment 

• Strong communication skills 

• Highly self-motivated 

• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems 

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Information Systems (BIS)
