• Leadandmentorateamofsoftwaretestengineers,providingtechnicalguidanceandcoaching.
• Defineteststrategiescoveringunit,integration,system,andregressiontesting.
• DrivedevelopmentofautomatedtestframeworksusingPyTest,GTest,andrelatedtools.
• Establishscalablevalidationarchitecturesforsoftware,firmware,andFPGA-basedproducts.
• Partnerwithsoftware,firmware,andhardwareteamstoimproveproducttestability.
• Coordinatevalidationactivitiesacrossmultipleengineeringsites.
• Implementautomatedworkflowstoreproduceandanalyzecustomer-reportedissues.
• Trackqualitymetrics,defects,andreleasereadiness.
• PromoteAI-assistedtoolsfortestdevelopment,codereview,anddocumentation.
• Championaquality-focusedcultureandcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.

• Advantage:KnowledgeofFPGAvalidationandreal-timesystems.
• Required:Bachelor'sdegreeorhigherinSoftwareEngineering,ComputerScience,ElectricalEngineering,orarelatedfield.
