• Manage strategic Global OTT and Hyperscaler accounts to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and execute account strategies, customer engagement plans, and long-term business growth initiatives.
• Drive sales of network infrastructure and digital infrastructure solutions, including connectivity, colocation, data center, and telecommunications services.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions, solution positioning, and contract negotiations for strategic projects and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including network, data center, product, service delivery, operations, finance, and legal functions to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, account forecast, and business performance reports.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business requirements and delivering appropriate solutions.
