What You'll Do

• Prepare and present dishes in line with established recipes and standards.
• Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional food quality and service.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food products.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and minimizing wastage.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Consistently deliver dishes that exceed guest expectations.

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience as a Commis I or similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment.
✔ Knowledge ofInternational Cuisine.
✔ Good understanding ofHACCP principles and food safety standards.
✔ Knowledge ofBasic Food Hygiene practices.
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
✔ Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
✔ A positive attitude and passion for culinary excellence.
