Customization Artist

Role Summary
Responsible for supporting Retail Stores by designing and executing product customization in an innovative and creative manner to maximize customer experience and satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Understands creative and customer needs and determines presentation of illustrative designs

• Reviews existing ideas and concepts, revising and modifying them per customer requirements

• Conceptualizes, creates, and delivers digital graphics for printing on products

• Customizes and produces designs for printing on purchased products (e.g. jerseys, running shoes, t-shirts) per customer requirements

• Maintains an archive of logos, photos, design templates, and previous work for future use

• Identifies consumer preferences and trends and translates them into relevant styles and products

• Operates printing equipment and demonstrates proficiency with customization and design software

• Researches and stays current on design trends, equipment/software developments, and customer preferences

Requirements

• High School Diploma

• 0–3 years of relevant experience

• Strong design skills with creative flair, originality, and graphic design flexibility

• Knowledge of graphic production processes for print

• Commercial and IT awareness
