Atlantis-Pilot Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver engaging tour narration

• Ensure passenger safety and follow emergency procedures

• Assist with crowd control and deckhand duties

• Prepare and clean vessels before and after dives

• Test equipment and report operational concerns

• Assist with towing, submarine hook-up, and maintenance

• Serve as the designated emergency diver

• Support the Captain and crew as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience

• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento

• Strong public-speaking and customer-service skills

• Friendly, responsible, and a good team player

• Able to complete the ASI Attendant and Deckhand Training Program
