TheCandela P-12 is our latest innovation, the world's first electric hydrofoil ferry, now operating in Stockholm and attracting orders worldwide.

Our boats "fly" thanks to computer-guided underwater wings under the hull. These wings lift the vessel above the water, reducing energy use by up to 80%, while enabling zero emissions and a superior passenger experience compared to traditional vessels. Our mission is clear: tospeed up the transition to fossil fuel-free lakes and oceans.

You can be part of this journey! We are now looking for aWarehouse & Logistics Operator for ourOperations team to support Candela's continued growth.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products.

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.

• Coordinating domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.

• Preparing and managing shipping documentation, including packing lists and commercial invoices.

• Monitoring deliveries and proactively resolving shipment and delivery issues.

• Performing inventory transactions and maintaining accurate stock records in our ERP system.

• Supporting inventory counts, audits, and stock accuracy initiatives.

• Collaborating closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Customer Support, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and logistics performance.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining hands-on warehouse work with logistics coordination. You are a structured and solution-oriented team player with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.

• Experience with outbound shipping and order fulfillment processes.

• Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Working in an international environment, where English is the corporate language.

Meritorious (nice to have):

• Experience with international shipping and export documentation.

• Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and Incoterms.

• Experience with Odoo ERP.

• Forklift license.

• Experience from a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Form of employment:Full-time with initial 6-month probation period
