Production Supervisor

- Responsible for the daily production management of foaming/leather sewing/assembly area, including 5S, safety management and quality management. - Responsible for the arrangement and management of staff in the foaming/leather sewing/assembly area. - Ensure the delivery and quality of production and apply tools to control production to avoid NOK products. - Responsible for the initialization and improvement of APS. - Responsible for training and coaching the team leader and operators. - Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. - Coordinate with equipment/process/quality/project teams. - Ensure on-time delivery. - Responsible for support equipment engineer to implement TPM. - Autonomous driving force, continuous improvement. - - Quality Environment & Occupational Safety and Health Responsibilities: - Understand the company's quality environment & occupational safety and health policy, cooperate with the implementation of the company's relevant management regulations, comply with relevant laws and regulations. - - Understand the environmental factors and hazard factors of the department
