Junior Financial Analyst

About the Role
DB Investing is looking for aJunior Financial Analyst who enjoys working with data and turning numbers into clear business insights.

You will support reporting and analysis across company performance, financial operations, payments and business growth, working with different departments to provide accurate and useful information to management.

This role is suitable for someone with strongExcelandPower BI skills, an analytical mindset and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintainExcel reports and Power BI dashboards.

• Analysebusiness,employee andteam performance.

• Monitor key financial and business KPIs.

• Support payment tracking and reconciliation.

• Identify trends, discrepancies and performance gaps.

• Support the improvement and automation of reporting processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting.

• Prepare regular reports for management and senior leadership.

• StrongMicrosoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS and Power Query.

• Good knowledge ofPower BI, including dashboard creation and basic DAX.

• Understanding of financial analysis, reporting orbusiness performance analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

• Ability to communicate data and findings clearly.

• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is an advantage:

• Fintech / Financial Services

• Banking / Payments

• Brokerage / Forex / CFD

• Financial or business reporting

• CRM or payment systems

• Reconciliation

What You'll Work On

During your first months, you will contribute to:

• Excel and Power BI management reports

• Business and employee performance analysis

• Payment and reconciliation reports

• Partner/IB performance analysis

• Monthly management reporting

• Reporting automation and data improvement
