Location: Portland, OR

Rate: $40-50Hr., DOE

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repaircommercial kitchen equipment, including:
  • Cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens)
  • Refrigeration systems (coolers, freezers)
  • Dishwashing and specialty foodservice systems
• Troubleshootelectrical and mechanical systems
• Work directly withrestaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens
• Use service documentation and maintain accurate inventory
• Follow safety protocols and promote service offerings

Requirements

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in:
  • Commercial appliance repair (Hot side a +)
  • HVAC or refrigeration
  • Military technical service
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Able to work on-call (nights/weekends) and travel occasionally
• Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces

Preferred:

• EPA certification, CFESA credentials, or similar licenses
• Experience servicing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
