Title: Care Delivery Manager
Location: Bronx & Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type:Contract - Mon-Fri 08:30am-05:00pm
Compensation:
Pay Range: $63.50-73.50 Per HR
Description:
• This position involves managing care delivery in a healthcare setting, focusing on high-quality standards and coordination.
The role is contract-based, located in Bronx, NY & Brooklyn, NY, with weekday shifts.
Responsibilities include overseeing operations, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
• Degree from an NLN accredited nursing school (RN, BSN required).
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare management capacity.
• Current active and unrestricted license and registration in New York State as a Registered Nurse.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred.
• Customer Service experience is required.
• Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial.
Qualifications:
• A Baccalaureate degree is highly desired.
• Completed NYSED-approved infection control coursework.
• Minimum of 8.0 education contact hours, including mandatory training requirements.
• Case Management Certification recommended within two years of employment.
• Experience in CHHA, LHCSA, acute care, medical-surgical, or critical care settings preferred.
