Title:Care Delivery Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type:Contract - Mon-Fri 08:30am-05:00pm
Compensation:
Pay Range: $65.00-$75.00 Per HR
Description:
• This role involves managing care delivery in a healthcare setting, ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfaction.
• Located in Brooklyn, NY, this contract position requires an experienced professional to oversee operations, coordinate care, and lead teams effectively.
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a management capacity within healthcare settings.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Supervisory experience is mandatory.
• Experience with long-term care insurance is beneficial.
• Familiarity with care coordination for frail or elderly populations.
• Proven ability to balance and allocate staffing resources.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
• Degree from an accredited nursing school (RN, BSN required).
• Completion of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current active and unrestricted RN license in New York State.
• Completed NYSED-approved infection control coursework.
• Case Management Certification recommended within two years of employment.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• At least five years' experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
