Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses (based on experience)

Position Overview

The Prestige Companion Care LLC is seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing professional to serve as aClient Care Coordinator & Community Outreach Specialist. This dual-role position is responsible for coordinating client services, supporting caregivers, and actively building relationships in the community to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

• Conduct client intake calls and schedule in-home assessments

• Develop and maintain client service schedules

• Match caregivers with clients based on needs and compatibility

• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and families

• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly

• Ensure compliance with company policies and non-medical care standards

Business Development & Outreach

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations

• Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities

• Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients

• Track leads and maintain a referral database

• Assist with marketing initiatives and community visibility

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare coordination, case management, staffing, or related field preferred

• Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, confident, and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of non-medical home care regulations

• Experience with CRM or home care software systems

• Background in customer service or staffing coordination
