We're looking for caring, compassionate and dependable Care Assistants to join our friendly day team.

About the Role

As a Day Care Assistant, you'll support residents with their daily routines while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

You'll become part of an experienced and supportive team that takes pride in delivering person-centred care in a home where residents and staff know one another by name.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting residents with personal care

• Assisting with mobility and daily living activities

• Supporting mealtimes and hydration

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Maintaining accurate care records

• Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Has excellent communication skills

✔ Is passionate about providing person-centred care

Experience supporting people living with dementia would be an advantage.

Important Information

This is a permanent full-time position working 8:00am–20:00pm, including weekends on a rolling rota.

Due to the rural location of the home, applicants should be able to travel reliably to and fromBeacons' View for all scheduled shifts.

All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
