Mission of the Role

As part of the solution integration projects, the PMO contributes to the planning and monitoring of resource allocation schedules and ensures the follow-up of project execution and budget management for a project portfolio, in coordination with operational Project Managers. The role aims to support efficient project governance, ensure compliance with client commitments, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects in terms of scope, quality, cost, and timelines.
