This team supports the business needs and processing for Capital Markets activities, including Trading and Underwriting.  Acting as a liaison between sales team,clients and systems users.Â

As an Operations Analyst I,you willpartner withourCapital Markets Operations and Technical Staff toidentify system solutions for business processes, policies, and information systems.The fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios keeps our associates flexible and adaptable to changes to meet our overall business needs. Howyou’ll spend your time:  Â
You willact as a system liaison between UMB users of business application systems and technical services groups (internal MIS and/or external vendors) responsible for support to ensure systems are operations efficientlyÂ
You willconstruct test cases, develop testscripts andfacilitateappropriate testing (unit, integration, system, QA, UAT) as well as validating production implementation andassist with end-user trainingÂ
You willcalculate accrual periods and analyze security setups to ensureaccurate payment activity within our system of recordÂ
Youwill learn and cover all areas as demand is needed (cross train in all Capital Markets Operations positions). This may include support of internal and external clients in safekeeping, trading, settlements, and funding operations. Â

Compensation Range:
