Overview

Our client is seeking a Capital Markets Project Manager to support large-scale transformation initiatives within the investment banking division. This role requires a strong blend of project management, technology change leadership, business analysis, and deep capital markets trade lifecycle expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities across enterprise transformation programs
• Drive technology change initiatives and stakeholder adoption strategies
• Apply capital markets and trade lifecycle knowledge to project planning and execution
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Support investment banking technology modernization efforts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions
• Manage change management activities and stakeholder communications
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall project health

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Project Management within technology-driven environments
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and the Trade Lifecycle
• Experience working within Investment Banking organizations
• Proven expertise in Technology Change Management and Transformation initiatives
• Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex technology projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in New York, NY three days per week
