Experience6 10 years of experience in Commercial banking applications supporting
The role requires interaction with client business and technology leadership effective communications commensurate with the audience and the ability to promote an idea and gain consensus is critical
Should work closely with end users resolving their day2day operational issues converting functional gaps into technical specifications and plan the development activities
Responsibilities
- Solid knowledge and experience in Net Framework 4X SQL XML Microsoft SQL Server 20162019
- Solid knowledge MSSQL Stored procedure
- DevOps CICD pipeline developmentdebug experience with GitLab or Github or Jenkins
- Windows Power shell scripting
- ControlM and OBM monitoring
- Integration experience
- AgileScrum experience
- Change and Incident Incidents management
- Should have knowledge in commercial banking applications such as Loan track automation tools accountingledgering integration with various third party financial products is plus
- Maintaining the teams governance routines in relation to the updates of applicable procedures and document preparation for appropriate governance forumsmeetings
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision independence
- Proposing areas of improvement for review based on stakeholders input and analysis of related data
- Perform regular system checks and analysis and provide reports of system functioning and service level
- Troubleshoot and restore system processing in event of incidents and problems
- Help drive strategy to transform current platforms using new technologies and tools available that best support the business need
- Responsible for the design architecture and the successful implementation of effective and quality solutions that resolve highly complex business problems and support business needs Accountable for delivery according to pre agreed timelines and budgetary constraints
- Ensure that delivery meets the integrity quality performance and reliability requirements by building automated testing and regression suites and use of DevOps principles
- Effectively manage a team of technical professional including software engineers and developers by setting performance expectations monitoring performance and providing technical guidance and coaching This includes assisting in the recruitment of talents and building high performing teams
