Capital Change Management

Our client is seeking an experienced Capital Change Management Consultant to lead complex Finance technology initiatives driving strategic regulatory and renovation objectives across Capital Finance. You will coordinate delivery across multiple Agile squads and stakeholder groups while advancing data governance, testing discipline, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end Finance technology change initiatives, coordinating delivery across Finance, Risk, IT, product owners, and approximately 10 Agile squads; manage priorities, dependencies, risks, implementation, and BAU transition
• Advance Finance Data Governance, including data dictionary, data attributes, dataset-level controls, feed governance, and data lineage
• Run working groups and governance forums (1LOD/2LOD/3LOD) to drive decisions, actions, and accountability across the organization
• Create Steering Committee and senior-management materials, including executive summaries, KPIs, critical-work spotlights, status, risks, and action items
• Own and report KPIs across user-maintained tables, data issue management, end-user computing, and Capital Calculations metrics for regulatory governance forums
• Lead end-to-end testing and UAT, from requirements and acceptance criteria through test scenarios, test data, execution metrics, and defect resolution
• Drive Agile execution discipline through squad-board reviews, user-story hygiene, planning, and cross-fleet coordination with product owners and management
• Support process improvement and testing automation; leverage AI agents to accelerate analysis and drive smooth transition from project delivery to BAU

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in project management, change management, or related delivery roles within capital markets or financial services
• Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Lineage, Regulatory Reporting, and Trade Lifecycle Knowledge
• Demonstrated proficiency with Agile delivery, testing, and UAT frameworks
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, JIRA, Rally, and Visio
• Knowledge of Basel 3 Capital Regulations and regulatory reporting requirements
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Track record of managing complex, multi-squad initiatives with competing priorities and regulatory deadlines
