Lead Technical Business Analyst

We are hiring a Lead Technical Business Analyst to run design discovery for a healthcare payer front-end rebuild that replaces a legacy application. You will extract requirements via UI exploration, QA test cases, and stakeholder interviews, then decompose features into user stories and acceptance criteria—apply today.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document functions of the current system and related business processes
• Lead features through the entire delivery life cycle
• Support continuous improvement of Team processes and ways of working
• Coordinate communication across business and technical stakeholders
• Partner with UX Designers on UI modeling and wireframing
• Create product and requirements documentation, guides, and release notes
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for specific Product modules
• Ensure captured requirements are accurate, complete, usable, and high quality
• Contribute to the Team’s DoRs and DoDs
• Lead acceptance testing of delivered backlog items

Requirements

• Extensive experience of 5+ years in Business Analysis with a mature, self-driven problem-solving style
• Strong critical thinking combined with a client-first mentality
• Ability to generate options and clearly communicate requirements to UX/UI designers to achieve target business goals
• Proficiency in user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagramming techniques
• Willingness to actively shape and improve the Team’s Business Analysis practices and standards
• Experience with web application design and a tech-savvy mindset
• Upper-Intermediate English language skills (B2+ level)
• Hands-on practice with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Understanding of system integration principles
• Capability to explore data to confirm assumptions, even without solid tech skills yet
• High stress resilience
