Canada Recruiter

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Canada-based clients.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth offer rollouts and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ATS updates.
• Meet hiring targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience inCanada Recruitment/Staffing.
• Good understanding of the Canada recruitment process and employment market.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
