Position Title: CNA QMAP
Location: Wray, CO 80758
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule:Both Days and Nights shift available , 3x12 hours , 36 hours GTE
Pay rate:$27 to $30 per hour
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- First Time Travelers are Accepted
1+Year Experience Required
Certification required:BLS,CNA License
Responsibilities:
· Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
· Administer medications safely as authorized under QMAP certification and facility policies.
· Monitor and document residents' vital signs, health status, and medication administration.
· Provide compassionate care while ensuring residents' comfort, dignity, and safety.
· Assist with meal preparation, feeding, hydration, and maintaining a clean environment.
· Report changes in residents' physical or mental condition promptly to the nurse or supervisor
