Job Description

As the Campus Workplace Experience Associate Manager, you’ll help create an exceptional workplace experience for employees and visitors every day. In this role, you’ll oversee campus amenities, conference services, workplace programs, and events that make our corporate campus a welcoming, productive, and engaging place to work. You’ll partner with leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service while continuously improving the employee experience.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. 

What you’ll do
  • Oversee conference services, meeting spaces, and event operations.
  • Manage employee-facing amenities such as cafĂ©s, breakrooms, wellness spaces, and collaboration areas.
  • Lead workplace experience programs that support engagement and collaboration.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and employee groups to deliver workplace events and initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor service standards, workplace metrics, and opportunities for improvement.

Basic qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in workplace strategy, hospitality, facilities, campus operations, or employee services.
  • 1+ years experience managing vendors and service providers.
  • 1+ years experience in project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.


Preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience leading or managing a team
  • Experience supporting large corporate campuses or headquarters locations.
  • Background in workplace experience, facilities management, hospitality, or project management.
  • Experience using workplace technology platforms and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of workplace strategy and employee experience best practices.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
