Amego, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Campus Supervisor to join our Children's Residential Services team!
In this important leadership role, you'll help oversee the daily operations of our children's residential programs, support our dedicated staff, and ensure that students receive the high-quality care, structure, and support they deserve.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor who enjoys being actively involved in daily operations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and helping both students and staff succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Campus Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our residential programs running safely and smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and Support Staff: Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to residential staff while helping maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Oversee Daily Operations: Conduct campus rounds, monitor residential homes, review staffing schedules, and coordinate coverage to ensure programs are appropriately staffed.

Promote Student Well-Being: Build positive relationships with students, provide additional support to those with higher needs, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Coordinate Activities: Help organize recreational, social, and community activities that encourage student engagement and participation.

Respond to Challenges: Provide leadership and support during emergencies, unexpected staffing challenges, and other situations requiring immediate attention.

Support Health and Safety: Assist with medication oversight, safety inspections, fire drills, and medical appointments as needed.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Program Coordinators, clinical professionals, educators, and families to support consistent care and programming.

Maintain Quality and Compliance: Monitor program operations, review incident reports, and help ensure agency policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.

Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000/year

Qualifications
1. At least one-year experience with ABA
2. At least two years of experience in providing services to individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities
3. At least 4 years of previous supervisory experience
4. Maturity, good judgment and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
5. Must maintain a current, valid driver’s license and ability to drive agency vehicles.
6. Certified in MAP, CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care or the willingness and ability to do so
