Research Fellow (Civil Engineering)

NTU, CEE is a leading school for Sustainable Built Environment.

We are looking for a research fellow to support the development ofalgorithms for anomaly detection, simulate and test it on Reinforced Concrete (RC) substructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Simulate RC substructures under different boundary conditions.

• Design and fabricate test models.

• Develop algorithms for anomaly detections.

• Publish several papers in top journals.

• Write proposals for further development.

• Mentor students.

Job Requirements:

• PhDdegree in civil engineering or related field

• At least1 year of relevant experience in structural health monitoring and simulation.

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Proficiency inABAQUS, andlab test skill

• Ability to work independentlyanddevelop solutions under strict timelines
