What We’re Looking For
Oxford’s early talent strategy starts with the relationships we build long before someone joins us. As Campus Recruiter, you will be the face of Oxford to universities, career centers, and student groups, and the person who makes sure early career candidates have a positive, engaging experience from their first conversation through their first steps at Oxford.
Part of our internal Talent Acquisition team and reporting to the Director of Corporate Recruiting, you will support campus relationships in theNortheast Marketand early talent hiring for roles ranging from interns to mid-level sales and recruitment executives. You will also partner closely with our Learning & Development team to carry the experience beyond the offer, supporting the internship and early career programs that help new talent launch successful careers at Oxford. This is an individual contributor role with a direct hand in how Oxford identifies, attracts, and develops its next generation of top performers.
People who thrive here are natural relationship builders, equally comfortable at a career fair, in an interview, or in a program debrief. They care about early career growth, keep many moving pieces organized, and work well both independently and as part of a team. If you have campus recruiting experience and want to follow early talent from first outreach through conversion to a full-time career, this role is built for you.
