TheCampus Ambassador Program is a unique opportunity for students to represent HDNB on their campuses, helping peers access career-changing learning opportunities while developing leadership, communication, and marketing skills.

Position Overview

As aCampus Ambassador, you will act as theon-campus representative of HDNB, responsible for promoting its programs, generating leads, and driving enrollments through your university network. You will work closely with HDNB’s team to plan and execute activities that build brand awareness, strengthen relationships with university clubs, and increase student participation in HDNB’s educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote HDNB’s bootcamps, webinars, and mentorship programs both online and offline within your university, sharing content regularly on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

• Represent HDNB during university events, club meetings, and seminars to boost brand visibility and engagement.

• Engage peers to generate leads, distribute referral codes or links to track enrollments, and meet monthly or campaign-based targets for sign-ups.

• Collaborate with university clubs, departments, and societies to organize workshops or webinars, and act as a liaison between HDNB and university authorities for partnerships or collaborations.

• Support HDNB in on-campus promotions, surveys, and competitions while maintaining a positive brand image within your campus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Current Undergraduate Student (1st–3rd Year) at a recognized university in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

• Must be active in clubs, societies, or student organizations.

• Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills.

• Interest in education, career development, and marketing.

• Highly active on social media and comfortable speaking to groups.

  
  

Expected Commitment

• Weekly Time Commitment: 3–5 hours/week (flexible schedule).

• Minimum Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance).

• Attendmonthly physical meetings/training sessions conducted by HDNB.
