What you'll be doing

As a Campaign Analyst at Boots, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies through data-driven insights. Your analysis of campaign and loyalty scheme performance will directly influence how we connect with our customers across the UK and Ireland. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will help drive innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse campaign and loyalty scheme performance to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign direction.
• Assist in the creation of engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Support the team in executing campaigns from concept to completion.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

• Proven experience in campaign analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for marketing.
• Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in digital marketing or social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
• A creative flair for content creation.
