Location: Arden Hills, MN 55112
Duration: 12months W2 contract with high possibility of extension or fulltime conversion based on performance and depending on business needs.
Pay: $21/Hour on W2
Hybrid role - 3 days onsite at Arden Hills and 2 days remote
*If start time is at 12PM or later you can work remotely full time, come in during training hours.
Training hours will be between M-F 8am – 4:30pm (first 4 weeks Hybrid), then 12p-8p for 3 weeks virtually.
Once training is complete 3-4 months, permanent shift will be Tuesday-Saturday, estimate hours could be 9a-5p
Job Purpose:
Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force and provide first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal *** personnel.
Your responsibilities will include:
Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls though 1-800-CARDIAC and 1-800-CARDREP.
Send messages from internal/external customers to the BSC sales force by pagers, cell phones, home phones, etc.
Escalate and close pages via backups, if required.
Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures.
24/7 call center first point of contact
Ranges from 60-80 calls per day
First point of contact (triage calls)
Most of our calls are HCP, Pt (Patient), Page reps

Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED Diploma required.
1 Year with associate in arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
